The university admits students twice a year; in spring and fall. Foreign students are welcome to apply.

Admissions Requirements
| M.A. Program | ① Persons with a Bachelor’s degree from an authorized institution both in Korea and over abroad, or is a prospective B.A candidate. ② Persons acknowledged to have an equivalent of a B.A. or a higher degree of education by law. ※ Persons applying for a major other than the one stated on their B.A. may also apply. |

Evaluation

Notifications for applicants
① Acceptance will be canceled if a student is found to have provided false information, forgery, or any other illegal procedures during the admissions process.
② The application form cannot be canceled or revised upon submission.
③ Applicants must submit all documents in originals.
④ Please note that all documents should be received by the deadline and late submissions will not be accepted.
⑤ Matters related to enrollment not mentioned in this outline will be handled by the Admissions Office of the University of North Korea Studies.
